Q. What is the interest rate for the banks you use?
A. The interest rate for the banks we use can be as low as 5.9% or as high as 21.9%. Each applicant APR calculated with a complex formula that includes variables like present financial situation, credit history and current credit score. With our experience, we are usually able to pre-approve applicants however the banks ultimately determine the rate that applicants are offered.

Q. What type of Extended Service Warranties do you offer?
A. We offer the Mellinnium Automotive Protection Plan, a plan that is offered by thousands of and used car dealers in the United States. The available programs ranges in levels of coverage from the lowest Bronze, Silver, Gold to Platinum. By matching a program with the term of the warranty most customers are able to purchase the coverage they need. For more details of what is covered by each program go to the Warranty page.

Q. What will a 24 month Warranty cost me?
A. It is not possible to give you the exact price of a warranty unless you ask on a specific vehicle. Each vehicle is classified by the make, model, year, and miles and equipment on the vehicle. The price of the warranty charted by the warranty company and depends on all those factors. To give you an example, if you wanted a basic 24 month warranty on a base model 2000 Ford Contour with 36000 miles and an automatic transmission. The price of that warranty would be $799.00.

Q. How much money do I need to put down?
A. That depends on the make and model of the vehicle you will like to purchase and the quality of your credit history. The truth is that some customers need very little money to purchase a vehicle while others need the full price. Most people are between the two extremes. You must remember that your down payment will determine what your monthly payment will be. No money down usually means a higher payment.

Q. How long does it take to get the Bank's approval?
A. Unfortunately, the answer to this question is also directly related to your credit history and your current financial position. If your credit score is very good, you could possible be driving the vehice home today. If your credit score is low, then it may take a little longer. The longest it ever takes is seven days. We advise that you begin the pre-approval process as soon as possible.

Q. How much Sales Tax will I have to pay?
A. It depends on where you purchased the vehicle. As you may already know, New Hampshire does not have a sales or use tax. In Massachusetts the sales tax is 5% of the purchase price of the vehicle. Visit the state links above to get more specific information.

Q. Do you provide insurance?
A. We do not provide automobile insurance. You will be required to contact an automobile insurance company or broker and get a quote on what it will cost to insure the vehicle you purchase. Use the above links to determine what each state needs. Check the Massachusetts Insurance Board.

Q. How can I be Pre-Approved before I come into your store?
A. In order to be pre-approved, you will need to fill out an application and submit it. A credit report is generated, this report along with the information you submitted is evaluated. If our bankers determine that you can be approved you will be advised within a couple of hours of after your application is received. If we determine that you cannot be pre-approved with the information you submitted we will advise you as to what is needed to get pre-approved.
